East Street specialises itself in personal training using specified methods such as boxercise, TRX, bodyweight movement and circuit training as well as diet and nutrimental aid; providing you with the convenience of working out in the comfort and safety of your home.
East Street Fitness is an innovative team of two with a shared passion of fitness and healthy living which we share and emulate amongst our clients. At ESF, we value all our clients, whether beginner or intermediate, fitness progress bon a 1 on 1 relationship basis to reaching each goal.
Quality over quantity is what our team at ESF standby, a team of two maybe minor but the quality of knowledge and passion in fitness is vast. Having to look and feel a certain way is a battle between you and your inner self; but with ESF we promise to be with be with you every step of the way of your fit and health journey, fighting for you, with you and alongside you to look and feel your ultimate best.
MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS
William D Moaina
William is a budding Airline Pilot and entrepreneur; His passion for training and healthy living developed late in high school but has blossomed into a lifestyle ever since. Having been intrigued with human physical performance and movement, William trained and graduated from Australian Institute of Fitness; he is now a qualified master personal trainer. Specializing in Nutrition, First Aid and sports development fields; he sheds new light to the fresh new market in PNG.
Florence N Daple
Florence is a Major in Political Science from the UPNG. Her passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle has transpired from her love for sports, being around sport much of her young life. Florence over the years has played sporting codes of AFL, Rugby and now Softball, of which she has represented PNG in the South Pacific Games. She is disciplined, dedicated and determined to always completing sessions without giving up so that she keeps her balance. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the team
